This week is our youngest granddaughters High School Graduation so I made her this graduation cap card for her. The directions are on pinterest, several times. I did make a practice card so I was able to do the folds properly. I then took the pale blue glitter paper ran it through a butterfly embossing folder then glued it together. I did put foam tape to lift the money pocket, The tassel was made from royal blue yarn, and added some prima embellishment. Working with what I had in my stash.

Hi my name is Dianne, my husband and I live in outside of Edmonton Alberta, Canada. We are blessed with three children and six grandchildren, all of whom I have enjoyed making different things for. The last few years has been canning from our garden and cards. Now that I'm retired I have time to do what I love doing, making cards. Cards that are layered or clean simple cards, usually with a floral theme. Movement with colour is important to me, and I spend a lot of time watching how the colours in the sky change, reflections in the water. No matter where one looks we can see variations of colour. This year I am going to be learning how to Improve my card making on a more professional level. View all posts by hugsprayerscards
